The Real Meat Society

This fantastic butcher shop was founded in 2012 by Paul Day, the owner of Sansho Restaurant, and I’m a regular patron. If you are curious to see (and sample) the best fresh meat in town, look no further. All of the meat is raised humanely, and they take a nose-to-tail approach in butchering whole animals and selling interesting cuts. An extra added bonus is that the entire staff speaks English, so if you are curious about the different meats on offer they will actually be able to answer.
