Czech glass beads are synonymous with excellent quality and variety. Over the past few years several stores that focus exclusively of the sale of loose beads and beading materials have opened in Prague. The slightly further-afield Vinohrady neighborhood (10 to 15 minutes from the center of town) has a cluster of great bead shops in a very small radius, making it a very convenient destination for the avid bead enthusiast – you can easily visit all of the stores listed below in a morning or afternoon. Prices start at 1 CZK!

Happy shopping…and beading!
