The Augustine Spa is my go-to option in the winter months, as I love to take advantage of their wellness area, which includes a great sauna and a fabulous aromatherapy / color therapy steam room. On my most recent visit, I opted for the “Surrender” treatment (90 minutes for 3,300 CZK), which left me feeling, well, surrendered – but I must admit I’m dying to try their “St. Thomas Beer Body Ritual,” utilizing beer brewed by the in-house monks! (90 minutes for 3,900 CZK.) Reservations are absolutely essential, and I recommend you try to make them before you arrive in Prague. For a full menu of spa services, visit the website, as they offer several different treatments including massages, facials, scrubs and nail care.
